Train Your Brain With SUDOKU

Solving SUDOKU is one of the things that I do for fun from time to time. It is a very simple game that absorbs brain cells.

What is SUDOKU?

Basically, it is a puzzle with a grid containing nine large blocks. Each block is then split into its own matrix of nine cells. It is inexpensive, you can buy SUDOKU templates in a store or draw a few empty ones in your notebook using a pen or pencil. You can also play for free online at www.sudoku.com, or using your smart phone.

How to win SUDOKU?

Each row, column and block must contain one of the numbers between 1 and 9. One number cannot appear more than once in any row, column or block. When you have filled the entire matrix of nine cells, SUDOKU is successfully solved. Congratulations!

I love this logic-based puzzle game because every time when I try to solve a new SUDOKU grid, I challenge myself to get better and better – finish as fast as I can.

Benefits of SUDOKU

SUDOKU helps to keep my mind engaged with problem-solving skills, improves my memory and attention span, increases my ability to recognize details, teaches logical thinking and decision making, develops patience, enhances mental sharpness and provides a good alternative to computer games or watching movies.

SUDOKU is definitely a great tool to improve personal growth and development, no matter if you are a child or an adult.
