The Minimalist Guide to Improving Quality of Life

 


If you desperately want to turn your life around and find opportunities for living better, here are a few surefire ways of how to quickly improve your quality of life.

Improve your financial situation. Do not buy products you do not need. Find a better-paid full-time job or do a part-time job in your free time, e.g. sell cookies to your neighbors. You can also cut spending to save more, e.g. stop eating out or buying new clothes

Start taking care of your body. Quit smoking. Stop drinking alcohol (red wine is fine). Eat healthy food. Visit the sauna. Exercise every day or every second day.

Do things that make you happy. Start something out passion (I have started this website), e.g. set up your own company or make a scrapbook for your family. Read business books or comics. Learn how to play a guitar. Go fishing. Meet with friends.

Spend more time with the people you love. Help your father to make order in the garage. Visit grandparents. Call the classmates whom you have not seen since high school. Hang out with friends from the same city.

Control your emotions. Do not get angry when someone else has a different opinion from yours. Try to understand others. When you feel sad, do something funny.
