Teas are awesome, both healthy and delicious. Let’s take a look at benefits of teas. Wealth is not only about money but also about health.

Green tea: Lowers risk of bladder, breast, lung, stomach, pancreatic and colorectal cancers; prevents clogging of the arteries; helps to burn fat by boosting metabolism; reduces risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases; reduces risk of stroke; improves cholesterol levels; helps to prevent atherosclerosis; prevents and slows the progression of Type 1 Diabetes; prevents aging and cellular damage.
