Define Your Happiness

Happiness is a complex emotion that has been studied and debated by philosophers and scientists for centuries. There is no single definition of happiness that everyone agrees on, but it is generally understood to be a state of well-being and contentment.

Happiness can involve feelings of joy, satisfaction, love, and gratitude. It can also be associated with a sense of purpose and meaning in life.

I came up with my own four steps to happiness:

  1. Get married. Marry for love not for money. I married long time ago, but should have gotten married even earlier. Marriage can be a wonderful source of happiness, companionship, and support. When you marry someone you love, you have a partner to share your life with, to care for you and be there for you through thick and thin.
  2. Have children. Do not wait! I have two beautiful little ones. Children can also be a great source of happiness. They bring joy and laughter into our lives, and they teach us so much about love, patience, and unconditional acceptance.
  3. Work on something you like. Start when you are financially ready. I work on my own website about business management. Working on something you enjoy can give your life meaning and purpose. It can also be a source of satisfaction and fulfillment.
  4. Always have dinner with your family. Every day, no exceptions. I practice what I preach. Family dinners are a great way to connect with your loved ones and create lasting memories. They can also help to build strong relationships and a sense of belonging.

That is enough for true happiness, in my opinion.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination. It is something that we can all work towards, even if we experience setbacks along the way.
