This is a rough plan for the next 10 years for the development of Super Business Manager. It includes business objectives, business strategies and business tactics for four stages of the development for this website.
BUSINESS AIM: The business aim for this website is expressed in the mission statement: ‘Making business education accessible to everyone in the world through providing high-quality business resources for CEOs, directors, business managers, business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, business journalists, business teachers and business students in order to improve business knowledge and managerial skills for making better decisions.’

Short-term (<1 year | In 2021)
Initially, the series of articles about how to successfully manage a business organization will be published under the BUSINESS MANAGEMENT section. This is the core content of my website in the initial stage of development. All of the future activities will be based around this content about main business functions – Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Production, plus Business Organization, Strategy and Economics.
OBJECTIVES: SURVIVAL
STRATEGIES: Set up technical things. Publish first articles almost every day. Finish writing all pages. Finalize website designs. Gain brand awareness by being active social media and other websites on the Internet.
TACTICS:
- Get 1,000 readers.
- Reach 1,000 – 10,000 pageviews per month;Â 12,000 – 120,000 pageviews per year.
- Earn USD$1 – USD$10 per month; USD$12 – USD$120 per year.
PROMOTION: Inform that this kind of website exists, and explain briefly what it does.
Medium-term (1-5 years | 2022 – 2026)
Secondly, the section with BUSINESS RESOURCES will be developed successively. Content in this section will become the core content after I finish with the business management section (perhaps after one year, but this assumption is very optimistic). I will be publishing mainly business news and new business knowledge. I will not be adding anything new into the business management section anymore.
OBJECTIVES: GROWTH
STRATEGIES: Publish constantly new articles. Receive first comments. Have first purchases of goods in the SHOP and SERVICES.
TACTICS:
- Get 10,000 readers.
- Reach 10,000 – 100,000 pageviews per month;Â 120,000 – 1,200,000 pageviews per year.
- Earn USD$10 – USD$100 per month; USD$120 – USD$1,200 per year.
PROMOTION: Inform what the website is about; explain how readers benefit; introduce who the author is; introduce what the content is; introduce all pages; show where to visit social media.
Long-term (5-10 years | 2027 – 2031)
Thirdly, I will commercialize my content from the business management section by offering for sale eBooks, PowerPoint presentations and additional educational materials available in the BUSINESS EDUCATION section. At the same time, I will be publishing extensively about PERSONAL FINANCE to help millions of people around the world better manage their budgets. The purpose is to increase the audience globally to reach around 1,200,000 page views per year.
OBJECTIVES: MAXIMIZE EARNINGS
STRATEGIES: Keep loyal readership. Boost affiliate marketing. Offer a range of goods in the SHOP. Provide SERVICES regularly.
TACTICS:
- Get 100,000 readers.
